  • Crock Well
  • Home unoccupied
  • Plumbing work recently done
  • Excessive rain
  • If closing within a few days, helps to ensure passing test so as not to delay closing

    Water Testing

    Conventional loans require:

  • Bacteria Test only
  • Normal results 1-2 days
  • 18 Hour Rush ($15.00 additional)

    FHA loans require:

  • Bacteria Test
  • Lead Test
  • Nitrate/Nitrite Test
  • Normal results 7-11 days
  • Semi- rush 3-5 days ($35.00 additional)
  • Full rush 1-2 days ($125.00 additional)
